As an Administrator, you will provide support to the Centre Principal in the areas of centre operations and administrative duties.

Job Scope:

• Data entry on ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new student enrolment, staffing particulars) and Company’s internal reporting IT systems
• Assist Principal in the preparation of financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, fees collection, centre enrolment, waitlist management)
• Maintains the paperwork in the centre (i.e. documentation and filing)
• Assist parents in any enquiries regarding new enrolment
• Assist parents with enrolment administrative work and collating the necessary documents.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Principal

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field or at least GCE "O" Levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Savvy with using IT application systems
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Cheerful and enthusiastic disposition

• 5-day work week and include alternate Saturday duty
